Addressed Key HR Needs: We brought in MCM Senior Operating Partner Harry Shimp as Chairman and CEO after the owners passing prior to the acquisition. Additionally, we worked with the management team to fill key executive team positions including a VP of Sales and Marketing and Controller.
Elevated Distributor Relationships: Developed a co-marketing effort with Andover’s two distributors to pursue higher volume sales opportunities and to expand the product lines carried. This has resulted in over 20% AAGR for the last 2 years in the distributor channel.
Website Redesign: Creation of a new website that replaced the old “digital catalogue” approach with a thought leadership, customer centric approach. The new site has rapidly become the “go-to” source for customers to learn about their options for thin film coatings and filters.
